Most commercial cleaners start after a property is already running. We start earlier, on the construction final clean, and stay through the janitorial route, the floor programme, the unit turns and the water damage nobody scheduled. Ten service lines, one contractor, one number to call.

We work around your building, not through it.
Our crews are on site from five in the morning until ten at night. That covers both sides of a normal working day, which is where almost all of this work belongs. We do not run overnight, and we will tell you that up front rather than promise a night shift we do not staff.

No. Clean Construction & Building Services is a commercial cleaning and building maintenance company. We work in apartment and senior living properties, offices, hotels, churches, restaurants, retail and municipal buildings. If you need commercial carpet cleaning or a janitorial route, call the office and we will quote it.
We do not work overnight. Our crews are on site from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which covers most of the day and both sides of a normal business day. If your building needs work before opening or after closing, that window usually fits without disrupting your tenants or your staff.
Yes. Our team is fully licensed and insured, and our technicians are IICRC certified. We are also a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association. Ask for the certificate of insurance with your quote and we will send it.
Quotes are free and we aim to get them back the same day. Tell us the building type, the approximate square footage and which services you need, and we will price it against the schedule you actually want rather than a standard package.
