Site work

The site does not end at the front door

Complete interior cleaning paired with exterior pressure washing, debris removal, landscape maintenance and parking lot upkeep for Minneapolis-Saint Paul commercial properties.

Chapter 01

Inside and outside the same envelope

A commercial site clean-up that stops at the lobby door is only doing half the job. CLEAN pairs a complete interior clean with exterior work on the same visit, pressure washing, debris removal, landscape maintenance and parking lot upkeep, so a property manager is not coordinating one crew for the inside and a separate landscaping company for the outside.

Treating it as one job instead of two also means the sequencing makes sense. There is no point finishing an interior floor and then tracking mud and grit back through the lobby because the exterior work happened a week later, on a different visit, with a different crew that never saw the building.

Pressure washing that does not damage the substrate

Pressure washing a parking lot, a loading dock or a building's exterior masonry is not the same job at the same pressure. Masonry can usually take a firmer wash than painted steel, and a soft surface like stucco or an older painted facade can strip or streak under water pressure that a concrete pad would shrug off without any damage at all.

CLEAN's crews read the substrate before setting the pressure, not after. Getting that wrong on a painted steel door frame or a soft masonry face is the kind of mistake that turns a routine wash into a repair bill, and it is avoidable simply by matching the pressure to what is actually being washed.

Chapter 03

High-rise window cleaning as part of a site clean

High-rise window cleaning fits into a site clean-up as part of the same sequence rather than a separate call. Once the exterior debris removal and pressure washing are finished, glass gets cleaned last, so dust and overspray from the ground-level work never lands back on windows that were already done.

That ordering matters more on a taller building, where re-cleaning a pane that got dirty again from work happening below it means sending a crew back up for a section that was already finished. Sequencing the glass last avoids paying for the same window twice.

Leaving a site inspection-ready

An inspection-ready site means the parking lot is clear of debris, the landscaping is maintained rather than merely trimmed, the exterior surfaces are washed to match, and the interior is finished to the same standard as the outside. It is a single handover standard, not a checklist split across two vendors with two different definitions of done.

That is the point of running interior and exterior clean-up as one job. A property manager gets one walk-through, one signoff, and one company to call if anything on that walk-through was missed.
