Clean Construction & Building Services is a full-service partner for building maintenance in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. We specialize in apartment and senior living property care, construction final cleaning, expert floor finishing and waxing, janitorial services, responsive emergency work, on-demand maintenance technicians, drywall and painting repairs, power washing, biohazard cleanup, window cleaning, and a wide range of additional property maintenance services tailored to your facility.
The company was established in 2001 and has now worked the Minneapolis and Saint Paul metro for over 24 years, run by President Jay Sullivan, with Pam Burke also on record as an owner. Crews work English and Spanish, which matters on multi crew sites and in buildings where residents or staff are more comfortable in Spanish.
The office holds standing membership in the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, the trade group for apartment and senior living property management in the state, which is where a large share of the recurring work comes from.

Every crew works under the company's own license and insurance. A certificate of insurance is sent with your quote when you ask for it.
IICRC-certified technicians
The certification that covers cleaning, restoration and water damage response, held by the people actually running the equipment on site.
